The ForzaFast0180 is an ultra-high speed 1 Megapixel (1280 x 800) global shutter image sensor capable of 80,000 frames per second at full array resolution. The sensor has windowing and binning modes that can enable frame rates in excess of 1Mfps over a smaller ROI. The large 18.54 μm pixel enables a QE > 70%, PLS < 1:10000, and a dynamic range > 52dB at the maximum frame rate.
